About

My love of houses and interior design started many years ago with buying, renovating and redecorating my own homes, including large projects that involved knocking out walls, adding on rooms, adding an ensuite, demolishing a kitchen to the floor and completely redesigning it, and also renewing all the windows and doors in the house with a style that improved the exterior as well as the interior of the house. On deciding to make interior design my job as well as my passion, I felt I should have a qualification in this before embarking on helping others with their interior design. It was with this in mind I studied and completed a three-year interior design course and now hold a Diploma in Design & Decorating. In addition, to keep up with current trends, I attend courses in Auckland with one of New Zealand's top interior designers.

I work with the renovation and redecorating of homes from all eras, plus the interior design of new builds. I believe in working with clients to incorporate their personality, style, needs and budgetary requirements to the project, creating a design that will work with who they are, how they like to live and what they do. I will work with projects as small as one room or as large as a complete home renovation.
